What Is The Fee For The "Feast Mode?"

Who Is The "Holiday Challenge" For?
Any fitness level can participate in this program. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some want to add muscle others have between 5 and 50 pounds to lose.
What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
We get it, life happens and maybe its more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. We have over 120 boot camps a week to chose from and several follow along workout videos to stay on track if you go on vacation!
What Will Be Required Of Me?
During the 28-days you are encouraged to workout 3-4 times a week at any of our 7 studios for only 45 minutes while following your custom nutrition plan.

I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Program?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at IanFitness.
What Are The Workouts Like?
